Just so you guys know what I'm doing, this goes with a patchset I'm
working on to add shell and debugger access via ssh.

The idea is that "ssh -l debugger dhcp112" will get you pdb, and
"ssh -l shell dhcp112" will get you a shell like tty2.  I'm also adding
an "sshd" command line option to turn this off completely.  This
pykickstart option is to allow users to change the passwords associated
with the "shell" and "debugger" accounts via ks.cfg .
