I would like to remind us of
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=462953#c10 where we
discussed whether this should reference generic.prm with the name it's
on the ISO or with the local file name that is referenced on ftp
download in the RHEL install guide.

If you really want to make this change (which is absolutely reasonable
in the first place, but the install guide had this strange renaming on
ftp download) then I think we could argument that it is OK for a new
major release. But then we have to take care and reflect this correctly
in the install guide.
