This partially fixes https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=526320 It gets the 32bit ppc netboot images created again, but not the ppc64. The ppc64 images will have to wait until we figure out how to get the kernel-bootwrapper.ppc64 package installed into the instroot in order to find and use the 64bit wrapper file. Not going to be easy since we seem to run in setarch ppc.
