The following set of patches fixes a variety of bugs in editing/adding NFS
repos through the UI. There were two main problems here:
(1) Any NFS repo was assumed to be the base installation one, not just an
additional repo.
(2) We were being sloppy with adding and deleting repos before they were
really ready, leading to situations where yum either thought we had
repos configured that weren't, or the base repo was deleted when it
shouldn't be.
This patch set fixes 516063, 516042, and 516053. In other news, I think this
code has grown into a colossal mess, and it's probably all my fault because
I look at it the most. If anyone wants to give the whole repo adding and
editing UI/backend a work over, I certainly wouldn't object to it.
