Maybe a better solution would be to require all firstaidkit plugins
except -grub on s390x, but this patch makes it at least work without
having to rely on some fake provides in my working tree.
Better would be to have firstaidkit-plugin-all have the correct
arch-specific deps. As we really do want firstaidkit plugins on s390 I
think :)

Well, I'm still looking for a trick on how to do arch-specific deps in noarch packages,
unfortunately I couldn't find one yet.
