Hello,
upd-instroot currently installs firstaidkit-plugin-all on all
architectures. This fails on s390x where
we don't have firstaidkit-plugin-grub and grub.

has a small patch to drop this dependency on s390x. (sparc* should
probably have a similar exception)
Maybe a better solution would be to require all firstaidkit plugins
except -grub on s390x, but this patch makes it at least work without
having to rely on some fake provides in my working tree.
