This will work and is good for F11.

The increasing checks against flags.livecdInstall are a little worrisome
to me more in general than specifically with this patch. Its more cases
of "different" behavior that people are going to bump against.  Not sure
of a good solution to it, though.

Agreed. So long as we have livecd and non-livecd installs, the environments anaconda is running in will be different enough to require these special case things. But yeah, I don't like it.
