If we could push it by one week we could tighten things up quite a bit
now that I've finally stopped trying to do new development and instead
concentrate on making everything work.

In general, I'd say we are ready enough if we have to be. There is no
multipath, but that's not about to change. I've been doing things like
lvm-on-md with and without encryption with a high success rate for the
past week or more. The dialogs are still pretty shaky, though.
