These patches add a base sorting weight to the auto partition requests so that the magic PReP and EFI partitions end up getting sorted before the /boot partition without having to check any bootable flags. I also attempt to make sure these weights get applied to kickstart and manual partitioning setups. These are untested and aren't at all going in the beta.
