[PATCH storage] - UI raid patches

Patches for RAID UI. I'm not there yet but I've made some progress.
Patches are tested but I want to test them more thoroughly.

They concern mainly editing of non-existing raid devices, which
is done by adding of destroy and create actions. It seemed as a cleaner
way than modifying a request to me, given that we would have to deal e.g.
with parent relationships. (I think lvm is using a way of modifying the
request). Another reason is that minor number change is causing
device name and path change (at least currently, but we can
expect md arrays with arbitrary names too in the future).

As the next step I want to test editing of existing arrays more (saw
a traceback in one case), and fix members selection.
