If we boot from media that contains the installation source, we should use it (no questions asked). If we boot from media that doesn't contain a stage2 || installation_source, we prompt the user or honor cmdline arguments. Which I guess means the only change from current behavior might be dropping support for the cmdline option "askmethod" entirely and having that decision be based on the presence of an ondisk stage2.img?
