Here's the patch set for supporting stage2= for real. This should be fairly similar to the last set of patches I sent, except that these patches have fixes for bugs after I got around to testing. So what's going on now? stage2= takes precedence over method= and always points at an actual image. If that fails, we drop back to the UI and treat things as method= from there. We always get the stage2.img file and put it in /tmp, which eats up memory. This can be optimized later. In the case of NFS and ISO installs, the installation media will not be mounted when we transition from loader to stage2. It'll get mounted later, though. I have tested NFS and HTTP installs. I think CD installs work, though I have not had a chance to give them a try just yet. The failure cases haven't gotten much testing, but I believe they should work based on those repo config patches I committed a little while ago. The ISO install methods I am much less sure about.
