[PATCH] Add dogtail=<url> to command line parameters

Hello list,
this is the first patch of several to implement Dogtail support for Anaconda: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Anaconda/Features/Dogtail

Patches were based on RHEL 5 and I'm re-basing them on the latest source code.

Please review and apply.
