We're no longer interested in providing the release notes in the
installer for various reasons. We don't think they're all that useful
as you can either pull them up on another computer or on the livecd can
be provided by a desktop link, and removing them takes some pressure off
the docs team.

If we remove release note codes, I think we also remove one line
in language_gui.py.
