[PATCH 4/8] Don't handle all aspects of module loading ourselves - just wrap modprobe.

This includes:
- removal of the moddeps code
- removal of the module list tracking

For handling passed options in the installed system, write
a /etc/modprobe.d files with:
1) any options passed on the installer command line
2) any modules blacklisted via the command line
3) any options directly specified for modules
