Just installed FC6 and tried to build a new respin with latest updates. Apparently, minst2.img and stage2.img are now in images in FC6. While building new respin buildinstall put both .img files to images directory however during installation anaconda were still looking for them in Fedora/base. Is this a known issue? It was enough to move both .img to the Fedoara/base in the tree and installation when smooth. /M.
