(possibly by 'patching' the yuminstall.py?) You'll need to adjust the arch handling in yum (rpmUtils/arch.py) as well as in rpm (see the arch tables in rpmrc) to understand the x86_586 arch. After doing that, things should largely work afaik Jeremy
