Those instructions are outdated. Anaconda now uses yum.  genhdlist is
gone, is no more! It has ceased to be! It has expired and gone to meet
it's maker!

Current instructions will be forthcoming - (createrepo -g
Fedora/base/comps.xml + pkgorder + splittree + createrepo --split...)
