timeout value and retry times during HTTP installation

I'm trying to figure out a way to simulate large scale HTTP installation in a cluster environment to run some performance tests. I use wget to make large amount of simultaneous file transfers via HTTP. Then I came to the question that what's the timeout and retry values that anaconda uses when it obtains rpm packages from the HTTP server?
Thanks in advance.
