What are you trying to test?  Without a little more context it's hard to
give an accurate answer:

If you are building your own distribution and want to test an install
you can do an nfs iso install.  See install-methods.txt in the anaconda
src.

If you are testing changes to anaconda itself - you can use an updates
floppy, RHupdates or an updates.img with a preburnt cd set or other
methods as described in the above document.

Anaconda also has a test mode for testing out certain things.
