rpm -qpi on the RPM should list the src.rpm from which is was built. Your RPM name has to match exactly or anaconda will barf.

Hello friends,
  I was trying to include the w32codec in my custmomized distro. But when I added the package w32codec-0.90-3.pm.0.i386.rpm. It shows the following error

<error>
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/comps-extras/getfullcomps.py", line 204, in ?
    mypkgxml, nopackage, brokendep = main()
  File "/usr/share/comps-extras/getfullcomps.py", line 112, in main
    for req in hdr[rpm.RPMTAG_REQUIRENAME]:
TypeError: iteration over non-sequence
<errror>

Is this related with the package name? If so can it be corrected if the name is changed in the SPEC file.
Please respond
regards
Manilal
