"An error occurred unmounting the CD..."

I'm attempting to make a single CD install and am running into this error
for the first time. This happens right before the first package loads:

"An error occurred unmounting the CD. Please make sure you're not
accessing /mnt/source from the shell on tty2 then click OK to retry."

On tty2 it displays:

Switching from ISO[1] to [] for a2ps_4.13p-28.386 going to mount /tmp/hda
on /mnt/source
Exception was : an integer is required

Any idea what is going on? I'm not playing with /mnt/source, not mounting
it anywhere. Why is it referencing ISO's if I'm installing from a CD?
Weird?

Thanks,

James
