Can you tell what what does the inside of your Fedora
/data/Fedora-Test/i386 folder looks like? I presume it looks like the
root of the CD where it contains Redhat, images, isolinux, etc.
`ls /data/Fedora-Test/i386/`
autorun dosutils Fedora GPL images isolinux

I removed some of the single files, eg. README, GPG-Keys, etc.

2nd, the command in your script

/usr/lib/anaconda-runtime/genhdlist --withnumbers --productpath=Fedora /data/Fedora-Test/i386

Is there a space after the 2st Fedora? It is
'--productpath=Fedora /data/Fedora-Test/i386' or
'--productpath=Fedora/data/Fedora-Test/i386' where not space between
Fedora and data
There is a space between them ...

'--productpath=Fedora /data/Fedora-Test/i386'

Lastly, how many CD is your custom distro? Do you have all RPMS needed
fitted on a single CD? I am trying to see what scheme you are using
Yes I have just a single CD. All rpms fit easily - my CD is only 322Mb.
