Hello, 

  You can either
  
  1. recompile the kernel with reiserfs built in. (I am not sure about
this)
OR
  2. Edit the syslinux.cfg found in anaconda. Then rebuild anaconda and
rebuild your CDs.

in syslinux.cfg change:
label linux
  kernel vmlinuz
  append initrd=initrd.img ramdisk_size=8192
to:
label linux
  kernel vmlinuz
  append reiserfs initrd=initrd.img ramdisk_size=8192
