Sorry, I mess up on this email before.  To actually answer your question
take a look in packages.py look at the checkDependencies fuction.
You'll also see their how they are added to the comps instance.

Looking back to your earlier email, Anaconda used in RHL 8.0 will need a
packages section.  There's a python tool that generates that section for
you.  I'm not sure what its called anymore...shouldn't be hard to find.
