Right now we have a make_bootdisk CGI that end users use to make a
customized floppy to enable kickstart via NFS.  We offer them the
ability to make a boot.iso and also PXE, but the floppy is the common
denominator on older systems or when folks don't have DHCP/PXE on their
subnet and don't have access to a CD burner.

It would be nice to avoid 2 floppies for half our users.  I fit tg3 on
the first disk, but e100, e1000, 3c59x, etc are on the drvnet.img.
