install Update RPM during kickstart

I am not sure if this is true, but a redhat installer told us that if I
create a directory call RHupdates (not sure if it should be in the root
of the CD or under the RedHat dir) that during kickstart, anaconda will
also update any RPM inside this folder.  Any feedback?
