No surprise, it's not an anaconda parameters:
[summer@hawk summer]$ find /usr/src/linux-2.4/ -type f | xargs grep -iw
noapic
/usr/src/linux-2.4/Documentation/kernel-parameters.txt: noapic
[SMP,APIC] Tells the kernel not to make use of any
/usr/src/linux-2.4/arch/i386/kernel/io_apic.c:__setup("noapic",
noioapic_setup);
/usr/src/linux-2.4/arch/i386/kernel/smp.c: *            'noapic' mode
has vector 0xf filled out properly.
/usr/src/linux-2.4/arch/i386/kernel/smp.c: *    6AP.    'noapic' mode
might be affected - fixed in later steppings
/usr/src/linux-2.4/arch/i386/kernel/smp.c: *    9AP.    only 'noapic'
mode affected. Might generate spurious
/usr/src/linux-2.4/drivers/pci/quirks.c: * noapic specified. For the
moment we assume its the errata. We may be wrong
/usr/src/linux-2.4/drivers/pci/quirks.c:
printk(KERN_WARNING "        : booting with the \"noapic\" option.\n");
/usr/src/linux-2.4/include/asm-i386/io_apic.h:/* 1 if "noapic" boot
option passed */
[summer@hawk summer]$

Read  /usr/src/linux-2.4/Documentation/kernel-parameters.txt
