pkgorder error

All,

I am trying to cut down RH to fit on one disc, to see if it will install
with 16M.  I took out a lot of packages (including from the comps file), and
now when I try to run pkgorder, I get this error:

If I do this same thing on my 'full' directory, it works.  Any clues?
