PCM2902 USB device in Debian

I buy a cheap USB audio device: https://es.aliexpress.com/item/4000038850174.html

This is the device info:

The problem is that my Spotify docker container can not open the device:

If I execute "alsamixer" it doesn't found the device:

I need to configure with device parameter:
