AMD ACP mic on Matebook 14

Dear community,
I'm trying to get the audio working on my Matebook 14 but I'm going crazy.

After days of researchers me and another user found out that this notebook uses an Everest Semic. ES8336 for the speakers and the AMD ACP for the mic.

On alsa-sof they are developing the Everest driver.
Meanwhile I was trying to get the microphone working. With arecord I can capture audio easily but neither PulseAudio nor PipeWire detect the mic.
Thanks to the Arch wiki I managed to manually configure the mic in PulseAudio with module-alsa-source.
On the other hand with PipeWire I don't know where to start.
Do you have any article about the interaction between ALSA and PipeWire/PulseAudio (in particular how the latter discover new devices)?

Here is the bug report if you want to give some help.
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=215119

Sincerely,
Tommaso
