channel mapping issue (5.1 with left-of-, rear-center and other weird channels)

Hello,

I already wrote to the pulseaudio mailinglist some weeks ago but
without feedback. The issue is easy to understand but I wasn't able to
configure my system so that it uses correct channels. I'm now unshure
if this is a pulseaudio or a driver issue...
