Lenovo b590 (alc269vc) issue - external mic "unplugged"

After 10+ hours of googling I made it somewhat work with "model=laptop-dmic". It's presented in pavucontrol as "Microphone (Unplugged)" and reacts to sounds, bar is moving accordingly, and I can hear sounds from it in headphones.

But, as it's "unplugged" - I can't see it in gnome sound preferences and can't use it for sound recording.

Lenovo Ideapad b590 has 4-pin 3,5mm combo-jack with LRGM (CTIA) pinout afaik.
What should I do and which info should I provide to solve my problem?
