Odd enough, I can't seem to reproduce it here. Is the card you unplug
your only connected midi device? IOW - are there any *before* you plug
in the USB device? How many after?

And how many midi devices does the device expose? I'm puzzled by the
'midi3' node that causes the warning.

Maybe the output of 'lsusb -v' gives a hint.
