Hello List,

i was affected by the same bug. Arthur already found a workaround with
somebody from alsa.
Apperently there is simply a device id missing and Intel Chipset
Specific Workarounds were no applied for this new Intel Chipsets
(H97/Z97)

The following module options line fixes the issue for me
options snd-hda-intel vid=8086 pid=8ca0 snoop=0

I simply put that in a /etc/modprobe.d file until the patch makes its
way into the kernel.
