At the moment, it is not possible to change the client name.

The client numbers for card X start at 16+4*X.

You could tell snd-seq-dummy to provide multiple ports:

  options snd-seq-dummy ports=2 duplex=1

Then look up the card IDs, compute the client numbers, and connect the
corresponding ports:

  aconnect 48:0 14:2
  aconnect 14:2 48:0
  aconnect 52:0 14:0
  aconnect 14:0 52:0

Then you always have the ports 14:1 and 14:3 for a known keyboard.
