The port_id field is filled by the graphics driver, and there is no
standard definition, i.e. the value depends on the graphics driver.
It's merely a hint, and thus cannot be used as identifier reliably,
unfortunately.

At least, for the in-tree drivers like i915, radeon and nouveau, we
can standardize the usage of this field in future.  But not now yet.
