They have to spin their own driver anyway, and in order to prevent the
generic Windows driver from looking at it, they make it incompatible on
the descriptor level. Most Roland cards are in fact UAC compliant
though, and just need a quirks table entry to let the Linux driver know
about that. Maybe it's different here, but that's what has been the case
in the past.
