Hi I still have my sound issue. I do not have the ability to change BIOS. Some more info : I have a radeon video and it seems like ALSA is getting confused when probing for sound between the motherboard and the HDMI sound. In dmesg, I can see than the radeon module gets loaded first. Then ALSA tries to load the snd-hda-intel sound module and is probably confused. I have tried radeon.audio=0 in grub2 with no success. Any other hint, in particular on how to debug alsa ? Regards.
