Google does find several hits regarding to "N10/ICH7 Family pulseaudio"
and similar searches. I didn't read those links and didn't read your
attachment completely, but if I where you, I would start troubleshooting
with pulseaudio, right after taking a look at the sound devices mixer,
seemingly alsamixer + some pulseaudio thingy.
If you don't need pulseaudio, it might be better by hook or by crook to
remove pulseaudio. If you need it, I at least would remove it or try to
disable it, just to check if ALSA does work without pulseaudio.
