I noticed exactly the same problem with my setup: Shuttle XS35 running XBMCbuntu
with HRT II+ DAC. I tried changing the usb port or putting a USB hub to no
avail. XMBCbuntu run kervel 3.0.

I do not have the same log when running dmesg though:
rtl8192c: Loading firmware file rtlwifi/rtl8192cfw.bin

Did anyone manage to solve this issue?
