Thanks. The problem is that there's a gap in the interface number
allocation:

>     Interface Descriptor:
>       bLength                 9
>       bDescriptorType         4
>       bInterfaceNumber        0
                               ^^^
[...]

>     Interface Association:

>       bDescriptorType        11
>       bFirstInterface         2
>       bInterfaceCount         2

[...]

While this doesn't make any sense, it is actually fine, but the USB core
code in older kernels doesn't like this and fails.

I fixed this just recently here:

So please try and install a newer kernel. If that problem persists with,
say, 3.6, please tell me :)
