No jack sense for IDT 92HD75

I'm having trouble getting jack sense (automatic changing between speakers and headphones) working with my IDT 92HD75 card.  It's in an HP Pavilion dv8 laptop.  I suspect I have the wrong model= option for snd-hda-intel (currently set to hp-m4 at the suggestion of another user), but cannot seem to find a list containing the correct option.  Any help would be appreciated, as I currently have to either mute Front or change the output in the XFCE mixer.
