snd_emu10k1 with E-MU 1616m PCIe

Hello!

I am on linux 3.2.4 with ALSA 1.0.24 and have additionally installed
alsa-firmware/emu 1.0.25 to /usr/local/lib/firmware/emu

I have applied the patch

   https://bugtrack.alsa-project.org/alsa-bug/view.php?id=5250

This leads to my card being initialized. I can to some extent use
emutrix matrix routing as well as multichannel capture and playback (but
not both at the same time AFAICS).

I have problems routing Dock DAC and Dock Phones outputs. Dock Phones
L/R always replicate Dock DAC 1 L/R no matter what I set in alsamixer or
emutrix (tried both).

Here is what happens in dmesg:

Question: should not micro_dock.fw also be loaded?

Kind regards,
Tilman.
