But I need to remove DC offset in realtime, for example, when I make calls with Google Voice. So, is there a filter that can be connected with ALSA audio input and generates output with no DC offset?

Yes, any audio-editing program (Audacity, Ardour, etc) will have a
function/filter for removing DC offset.
