What is the state of RME HDSPe AIO firmware?

Hi,

I've got the the kernel's 2.6.39.1 firmware version. Is there already an
upgrade that enables usage with less than 1024 frames/period and another
sample rate than 48000 somewhere available? If not, are there plans to
enable this? The card is new and I even didn't tested if -r48000 -p1024
does work, but at least there were no errors when starting jackd with
those values. Thanks for enabling RME PCIe :), I decided against RME PCI
because I fear that PCI slots will be dropped for the next generation of
mobos. RME cards seems to be the best choice for good sound cards, when
using Linux only, but regarding to this I might be mistaken?

Regards,

Ralf
