aplay -l

  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

Only with aplay -D plughw:0,7 /usr/share/sounds/alsa/Front_Center.wav there's sound

I'm wondering what are others hdmi devices as

card 0: NVidia [HDA NVidia], device 3: NVIDIA HDMI [NVIDIA HDMI]
card 0: NVidia [HDA NVidia], device 8: NVIDIA HDMI [NVIDIA HDMI]
card 0: NVidia [HDA NVidia], device 9: NVIDIA HDMI [NVIDIA HDMI]

what does it mean

  Subdevices: 0/1

for

card 0: NVidia [HDA NVidia], device 7: NVIDIA HDMI [NVIDIA HDMI]

And why for other hdmi devices I have

  Subdevices: 1/1
