With the exception of ctl.mixer0, this is what I'm using, and it's
working just fine.  For example, the Adobe Flash plugin in Firefox
insists on using ALSA directly, but with this setup it gets routed
through Jack, so I can play Flash videos and use Jack applications
simultaneously.  Try removing ctl.mixer0 and see what happens.
