Problem with Nvidia HDMI

Hello!

I'm using Alsa 1.0.23 (the Debian packages version) and I have a problem trying to use the Nvidia HDMI audio output of a computer.

The computer has a Nvidia ION graphics card, but the Nvidia card provides audio to the TV too.

Searching and reading on google, I found something about my problem, but I can't get it working.

Some useful outputs:

$ aplay -l
**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****
card 0: Intel [HDA Intel], device 0: ALC888 Analog [ALC888 Analog]
  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
card 0: Intel [HDA Intel], device 1: ALC888 Digital [ALC888 Digital]
  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

You can see: no evidence about a Nvidia audio card...

$ cat /proc/asound/cards
 0 [Intel          ]: HDA-Intel - HDA Intel
                      HDA Intel at 0xfe9fc000 irq 16
 1 [NVidia         ]: HDA-Intel - HDA NVidia
                      HDA NVidia at 0xfcf7c000 irq 18

But, surprisingly for me, there is a Nvidia card , I'm not (still) crazy... :P

In "alsamixer" I can select the Nvidia card, but this message is shown:

"This sound device does not have any controls."

Can anybody help me? Do you need some command-output to be able to help me?

Read you soon! Thanks

P.S. Excuse my bad English, I'm learning... :P
