I have not contacted Xilinx, I searched on Xilinx forum but there are no topic about this.
I have just tried compiled Linux kernel v2.6.33 and snd-ml403-ac97cr device was also not detected.
I attach the results that I run alsa-info.sh on my XUPV2P board.
